From the Commissioner

In this Page:

Shalom, and welcome to the latest Israel Insights e-newsletter. As with every edition, you will find unique insights and information about the land and the people of Israel. I trust that it will be both enjoyable and informative to you.

Most of all, I hope you will allow me to say how much we would love to see you in Israel in 2009. As this year comes to a close, I encourage you to consider making the trip of a lifetime to Israel in the near future.

Across the globe, you can find incredible exotic destinations to vacation in and enjoy yourself … but where else can you visit and know that your life will truly be changed? That you walked where men and women of the Holy Scriptures walked? That you experienced the sights, sounds, and aromas which are unique to the land of the Bible? That you visited the place that is the very cradle of both the Jewish and Christian faiths?

The life-changing nature of a journey to Israel is something to which many of you can certainly testify. It is a chance to forge friendships for a lifetime … to build your faith together … to understand the Scriptures like never before … to experience a change of perspective and a change of heart … and to show your support of Israel in a real, tangible way.

As you consider taking a life-changing tour to Israel, please know that we are here to help you. You can visit our website at www.goisrael.com, or call us toll-free at 1.888.77.ISRAEL.

So, whether your next trip to the Holy Land is your first, fifth, or even tenth, I invite you to come visit us in Israel. When you do, you will never be the same!

Shalom,

Arie Sommer, Consul
