The winery was established in 1999 and it produces approximately 20,000 bottles annually. This is one of the only wineries in Israel managed by a woman, who is also a member of the Italian Women in Wine association. The grapes are from vineyards in the Judean Hills and Elah Valley region, and the Merom Hagalil region. The wine is produced from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. The visit to the winery includes an explanation of the wine production process and wine tasting. There is an option to also book cheese and olive oil tastings.
Weekdays: 09:00 – 16:00 By prior arrangement.
