Gush Etzion Winery
The winery was established in 2005 and it produces around 40,000 bottles annually. The grapes arrive from wineries in Gush Etzion, 800-900 meters above sea level, and the varieties used for wine production are: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling Blanc, Viognier, and Gewurztraminer. There are guided tours and wine tastings around tables at the visitor center. Guided tours of the vineyard can also be booked in advance. There is also a balcony at the winery, with views of the area. We also have a kosher lemehadrin dairy and fish restaurant. During the harvest, the winery holds “Harvesting at Dawn” activities. The winery is kosher lemehadrin, including OUp kosher supervision.
