Karmei Yosef Winery Bravdo
The winery was established in 2001 and it produces approximately 45,000 bottles annually. The winery is in the heart of the vineyard, close to the communal settlement of Carmei Yosef in the lower parts of the Judean Hills. The wine is produced from Merlot, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grape varieties. There is a visitor center at the site. The visit to the winery includes a tour of the wine production process, a lecture from a winemaker, and wine tasting. In addition, there is an option to hold wine-related events here, and meetings with the wine makers, as part of conferences and special events. The winery also offers tours of the vineyard and sites in the area, including Tel Gezer, Mitzpe Harel and others.
