The winery was established in 1999 and it produces approximately 1,000,000 bottles annually. The vineyards stretch over about 200 dunams of the Lower Galilee, not far from the winery, and the wine is produced from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Emerald Riesling varieties. The winery has a visitor center which was built in a Mediterranean architectural style, including two arcs enclosing an inner courtyard. There are Mt. Tabor Oak trees planted in the courtyard, and the construction combines elements of black basalt, terra rosa red earth stones, and local materials characterizing the soil of the local vineyard. The visit to the visitor center includes a guided tour of the wine production process and wine tasting. We can provide a dairy meal by prior arrangement. During July – August, the winery holds daily family grape harvesting, including treading the grapes. The winery also holds professional wine evenings appropriate for special occasions. The winery is handicapped accessible.
