Earlier this year, the Israel Ministry of Tourism officially announced the launch of a free tour-planning kit specifically designed for Christian leaders in churches, ministries, and the media.

Extensive excavations on Mount Zion have uncovered the extraordinary remains of the wall of Jerusalem from the Second Temple period (second century BCE – 70 CE) and the remains of a city wall from the Byzantine period (324-640 CE), which was built on top of it.
![]() Yom Kippur: The holiest of Jewish holidays
Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, is the holiest and most important holiday in Judaism. It is a day of fasting and prayer that is celebrated on the 10th of the Hebrew month of Tishrei, 10 days after Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. This year, Yom Kippur begins at sundown on October 8 and ends at sundown on October 9.
